So, i was reading this blog by Stephen Christian, the lead singer of anberlin
modesty.blogspot.com
BRILLIANT writer.
and, i didn't exactly get was he was saying cuz i can't concentrate, but i've formulated my own opinion, or rather, the Bible's opinion.
The Bible says, that in the end times there will be wars and rumors of wars and things will get crappier and crappier, and there's nothing we can do about it. That's God's will.
That's how things are going to happen. But if we pray, i think God will help us get through it.
But in the end there will be wars. Lots of them. But in the end, everything will be okay, cuz God is in control, and there is a purpose and a plan in EVEYTHING He does.
But being a pacifist and obstaining from viloence (i think that's what it means, i googled pacifism and got like, a million definitions, but ithink that's the right one) Isn't really going to help.
Like, if your obstaining for beating people up, that's good.
Don't like, go up to someone and be all "Oooo! i'm gonna beat you up! Arg! I'm a pirate ninja!" That would be bad. Cuz like, that's just plain mean. So, you should like, obstain from that.
But obstaining from fight in a war, then, that makes no sense cuz well, it's gotta happen somehow.
and if your fighting for the right side go for it!
But...
Yeah. I'm not really sure what i'm saying.
My thoughts are very scattered.
I wonder If I'm ADD.
could be.
My mom is anorexic.
Wait, no that's an eating disorder. Dyslexic.
close enough.
But anyway.
Wars are gonna happen.
So we might as well deal with it and just pray God gets us through.
Oh, and the wars and rumors of wars is somewhere at the end of mark i believe. or matthew. I don't know. one of the gospels.
pretty sure it's mark.
I would go look but my foot is asleep and i don't wanna like, twist my ankle trying to walk on it.
so yeah.
Over and out all you 5 homies who maybe bothered to read this.
